So I really wanted this to work out since it was stylish and still kept tracking my steps. This is 100% not worth the price tag. It just isn't that nice.
Poor Latch Constant Opens
It's a lovely looking band, and it fits nicely, but the clasp is very poorly made. When I wear it, it pops open maybe 5-10 times a day. If anything brushes your wrist - pop it goes. Several times it fell face down and could have shattered my expensive Apple Watch. I do not recommend this.
The clasp lasted 2 days and then would not stay shut. I contacted customer service and did all the things to return it. I have not gotten a refund, a replacement, or a response since doing everything needed on my end.

This watch band does not fit properly for most. The small/medium is too small and the large is too large. Kendra Scott employees said this is a known issue that the company won't fix. They asked us to buy one of each to make the size we needed.
The watch band sizing is off. A small/medium is too small and a medium/large is too big. The store reps said this is a known issue with this band and suggested buying one of each to make the right size. I'm not buying two bands to make one. This is a Kendra Scott issue. Not mine. I ended up getting one from Amazon that looked almost identical for $20.

I ordered the larger size
I ordered the larger size initially. It was too big. I then ordered the smaller size. It was too tight. If it was just adjustable it would fit everybody. Loved the band but had to return.

Gorgeous practical! Sizing was not a problem with the different sizes it comes in.
Brought my Watch with no band and the sales lady assisted me ensuring I purchased the correct size.

It is near impossible to find nice bands for tiny wrists like mine. The XS in this band fits me perfectly! I have the two toned one with gold and silver and it looks beautiful. It's great for everyday but also dresses up nicely. I've had no issues with the clasp so far, but I'll update if it starts to release randomly like some other reviewers have noted.
Love the watch band and quality. My only complaint is that it is very heavy.

I bought this watch band for my daughter for her birthday. She loves it!!
Loved the style of this band as much in person as in the pictures but the size was WAY off. Followed the directions as to where/how to measure my wrist for a perfect fit and ordered the 7" band that should have fit my wrist exactly. However, the band was so small that I was barely able to latch the clasp. Now the sizing description has changed online so I don't know which size compares to my 7" band that doesn't come close to fitting.

When I received this watch band it was absolutely perfect. Within six months of having it the clasp became loose and won't stay closed anymore. I also noticed that the gold started to tarnish and does not look near as nice as I was expecting. Pretty disappointed overall.

Beautiful band bad sizing
I absolutely love this band and it fits my Samsung watch BUT I wish it was adjustable. I have small wrist but the s/m was way too tight and the M/L is so loose I can fit 2 fingers in the gap. I still wear it because it wasn't returnable and I do get compliments.

Too bulky and doesn't hold form
The band was too small. But I got the small/medium and i went to the store to try on the large and it was dramatically bigger. There should just be a medium. The sizes should not be together cause that s/m Is too small and the large is too big which is why medium exists. Please get it together.
