Cash App Pay is a fast and simple payment method that allows Cash App customers to pay for purchases either by scanning a simple QR code or by tapping Cash App Pay at checkout to be redirected to Cash App. Cash App Pay is available online and in-person

at select merchants

Cash App Pay will first attempt to debit the customer's Cash balance. If the balance doesn't cover the transaction total, 100% will be charged to a linked debit card.

Customers seeking a refund for their Cash App Pay payment must request a refund from Kendra Scott directly. If refunded, it can take up to 10 business days for Cash App to receive the refund. Once received, Cash App Pay payments are refunded to the original payment source.
