Cash App Pay will first attempt to debit the customer's Cash balance. If the balance doesn't cover the transaction total, 100% will be charged to a linked debit card.
Cash App Pay is only available in the United States at this time.
Customers seeking a refund for their Cash App Pay payment must request a refund from Kendra Scott directly. If refunded, it can take up to 10 business days for Cash App to receive the refund. Once received, Cash App Pay payments are refunded to the original payment source.
