Shipping Information

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Ground Shipping Method will be processed within 2-3 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, then shipped. Color Bar® or engraving items will ship in 3-4 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM CST with Next Day or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. Next Day or Two-Day Personalized orders may take an additional business day to process.


All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL, FedEx or Veho. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:


  • Ground: Free on eligible orders. Will arrive in 3-5 business days after processing and shipping. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free ground shipping.
  • Two-DayWill arrive in 2 business days after processing and shipping
  • Next-DayWill arrive the following business day after processing and shipping



HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Friday 12/13: Last day to order personalized pieces with Ground shipping by 12pm PST.

Any orders placed that are personalized after 12pm PST on 12/13 with Ground Shipping are no longer guaranteed to delivery by Christmas Day.

 

Sunday 12/15: Last day to order Fragrance with Ground shipping by 9pm PST.

Any Fragrance orders placed after 9pm PST on 12/15 are no longer guaranteed to deliver by Christmas Day. Fragrance orders are not eligible for expedited shipping options.


Monday 12/16 – Last day to order non-personalized pieces with Ground shipping by 12pm PST. Any orders placed with Ground shipping after 12pm PST on 12/16 are no longer guaranteed to deliver by Christmas Day.


Thursday 12/19 – Last day to order non-personalized pieces with Two-Day shipping by 12pm PST. Any orders placed with Ground or Two-Day shipping after 12pm PST on 12/19 are no longer guaranteed to deliver by Christmas Day.

 

Sunday 12/22 – Last day to order non-personalized pieces with Next Business Day shipping by 12pm PST. Any orders placed with Ground, Two-Day, or Next Business Day after 12pm PST on 12/22 are no longer guaranteed to deliver by Christmas Day.

 

Please note that if you are interested in receiving your order before Christmas Eve, please review and consider the above shipping deadlines.


ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free ground shipping.

Please report any issues with the shipping, handling, or delivery of your package within 30 days from time of purchase to service@kendrascott.com


FRAGRANCE

Fragrance items are not eligible to ship with Two-Day or Next-Day shipping methods or internationally. All fragrance items will ship via Ground Shipping method only.


INTERNATIONAL

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Kendra Scott, LLC is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery. Fragrance items are not eligible for international shipping. COLOR BAR

All Color Bar® orders are final sale.

All custom pieces created on the Kendra Scott Color Bar® will ship within 3-4 business days of an order being processed.


FINE JEWELRY

All Fine Jewelry orders are shipped via UPS, DHL or FedEx.


ENGRAVING

All engraved items are final sale.

All engraved items will ship within 3-4 business days of an order being processed.


APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via UPS Surepost, DHL or FedEx. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 business days. APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses are not eligible for ground shipping at this time.


MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.


P.O. BOXES

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL or FedEx and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Fashion Jewelry purchased in-store: All unworn, eligible unused your nearest Kendra Scott store for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of purchase.

Exchange Policy

All unworn, eligible unused Wrangler x Yellow Rose jewelry or apparel may only be returned at a participating Wrangler x Yellow Rose Kendra Scott store for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Allapparelitems must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached.

 

Wrangler x Yellow Rose items are not eligible to receive a Birthday Discount or any type of code-based discounts, as well as promotional offers.  

 

Wrangler x Yellow Rose items purchased at a participating Wrangler retail location or wrangler.com must refer to their store policy and all returns and exchanges must be made through the store of purchase.

KENDRA SCOTT PURCHASES MADE ONLINE AND SHIPPED TO HOME



Engraved pieces, Birthday Discount purchases, gift cards, Kendra Scott Branded merchandise, custom pieces created at the Color Bar® and permanently discounted or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. All other unworn, unused items you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to the Kendra Scott distribution center within 30 days of receipt of product in original packaging with tags on.


Kendra Scott, LLC provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING for eligible items. A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with every qualifying order purchased on the website. If you have misplaced your shipping label, you can print a replacement pre-paid return shipping label by visiting kendrascott.com/returns. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. FRAGRANCE RETURN POLICY



All unopened fragrance items [KDW1] [LB2] purchased in store may be returned at your nearest Kendra Scott store for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Fragrance must be unopened, in its original packaging. All fragrance boxes were designed with sustainability in mind and are FSC certified, FSC(C) C102375.

 

All unopened fragrance items purchased online may be returned for a full refund to your original payment method after sending the items back to the Kendra Scott distribution center within 30 days of receipt of product. Fragrance must be unopened, in its original packaging. We strongly encourage all customers to maintain and reuse the original fragrance shipping container to return your fragrance items.

Please ensure to provide as much information as possible to help resolve a potential solution, including proof of purchase and details surrounding your reaction. Since different skin types and conditions may react differently to a particular product, we always suggest reviewing the listed ingredients of products to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients.


PROMOTION INFORMATION

Any product purchased during a "Gift With Purchase" or “Buy One, Get One Free” promotion may be returned. Please include the gifted product with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail value of the gift. Gifted product cannot be returned or exchanged.


All promotions are available while supplies last. Promotion code may be required upon online checkout. Promotions may not be combined or applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges. Offers may only be valid for a specified date and timeframe.


ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

An agreement for Kendra Scott, LLC ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.


Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.


HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Purchases made in store and online between 11/1/24 – 1/1/25 are eligible for store credit or exchange when returned to a Kendra Scott retail location until 1/31/25. Eligible online purchases may be sent back to the Kendra Scott distribution center with product in original packaging with tags in order to receive a full refund.

GIFT CARDS

Kendra Scott E-Gift Cards and physical gift cards can be redeemed online or in any Kendra Scott Retail Location. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase a gift card. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of a gift card. Kendra Scott will not replace lost or stolen gift cards without satisfactory proof of purchase. Gift cards cannot be purchased or redeemed outside of the United States.
