Official Rules for the Kendra Scott Holiday Wishlist Sweepstakes 

No purchase is required to enter. 

1. Eligibility:  The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old, excluding residents of the state of Rhode Island.  The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Kendra Scott, LLC (“Kendra Scott” or “Sponsor”). Employees of Sponsor, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter.  

2. Entry Period:  The Entry Period begins at approximately 12:01am CT on December 11, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm CT on December 14, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. 

3. How to Enter:  Comment on the designated TikTok sweepstakes post shared to the Kendra Scott TikTok account (https://www.tiktok.com/@kendrascott). In the comment, you must share a list of at least three (3) but no more than ten (10) Kendra Scott products that are on your holiday wish list. To be eligible, entrants must both (a) follow the official Kendra Scott TikTok account (@KendraScott) and (b) submit a qualifying comment as described above. Once you do, you will receive one (1) entry. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person; additional entries or attempts to enter using multiple accounts will not increase your chances of winning. Entries must be submitted from genuine, personal TikTok accounts; bot accounts, AI-generated accounts, or otherwise inauthentic accounts are not eligible and may be disqualified.  If Kendra Scott determines, in its sole discretion, that a single individual has created or used multiple accounts to participate, Kendra Scott may disqualify that individual and all associated entries.  By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules. 

4. Drawing:  On or about December 15, 2025, Sponsor will select three (3) potential winners in a random drawing of all entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner within one (1) business day of the drawing, using the contact information the entrant provided to Kendra Scott via email.  

5. Potential Winner Requirements:  A potential winner may be required to submit a W-9 for tax reporting purposes, and may also be required, at Kendra Scott’s sole discretion, to sign a declaration of eligibility, and liability/publicity release (collectively the “Required Documents”). Completion of any and all Required Documents, if requested, is a condition of receiving the prize.  If provided with any Required Documents, the potential winner must complete them fully and accurately in order for them to be considered complete.  If a potential winner fails to respond, sign, properly complete and return these documents within one (1) business day, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. Only three (3) alternate potential winners may be contacted. Only after the Required Documents have been timely returned and determined by Kendra Scott to be complete and accurate, and the potential winner’s eligibility has been verified, may the potential winner be deemed the official winner.  

6. Prize:  Three (3) winners will receive products from Kendra Scott.  The approximate retail value of each prize is between approximately $100.00 USD and up to a maximum of $599.99 USD, depending on the products selected for each respective winner. Under no circumstances will the retail value of any prize exceed $599.99 USD. The winner is responsible for paying any applicable income taxes and any and all other costs listed above, and for completing any Required Documents, if requested. The prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. While Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to fulfill a winner’s requested items, Sponsor cannot guarantee availability of any specific items listed in a winner’s comment or that such items will fall within the maximum prize value stated above.  If any requested item is unavailable for any reason or exceeds the maximum prize value, Sponsor may substitute a similar item in its sole discretion.  Winners may not choose alternate items, trade items, or substitute for a cash prize or gift card.  All prizes are awarded “as is”, and Sponsor makes no warranties or guarantees regarding their condition.  Prizes are subject to availability and other factors.  The prize may not be transferred prior to award. The prize will be shipped to winners on or about December 19, 2025. 

7. General Conditions:  In the event that the operation of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) modify the sweepstakes to address the impairment or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. 

8. Release and Limitations of Liability:  By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, TikTok, Instagram, and/or any other social media website ,its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. 

9. Privacy:  Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.  Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. 

10. Disputes:  Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Texas.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Texas. 

11. Winner Information:  To request a winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Kendra Scott, LLC, Attn: Kendra Scott Holiday Wishlist, 3800 N Lamar Blvd, Suite 400, Austin, Texas 78756.  Requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the end of the Entry Period.

Sponsor:  The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Kendra Scott, LLC. Sponsor is located at 3800 N Lamar Blvd, Suite 400, Austin, Texas 78756. Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and/or any other social media website or platform on which it may appear.
