My daughter loved it although it was a tad bit too big!
My daughter loved this but clasp does not stay closed and it slipped off her wrist and was lost. This is the only Kendra Scott piece we ever had a problem with, normally love this jewelry.

The bracelet is beautiful, but the clasp keeps coming undone, causing it to fall off my wrist frequently, so I've stopped wearing it.

It's pretty but the loop and bracelet chain are too big
The first time I saw the bracelet I thought it was really cute and adorable but I didn't appreciate how I couldn't adjust the size of my bracelet as I needed. I thought that it would come off easily but I still wore it on the first day back to school. Unfortunately the bracelet came off twice and I put it back on but at the end of the day I found the bracelet missing because it was too loose and the clasp was very wide. I am very dissatisfied after I paid money for this just to lose it after a day of wearing it. I want a refund or even store credit but I know I can't get that.
the bracelet is beautiful, but it's too big. so if you have a small wrist this may not be the best pick. unfortunately the loop is too big and it comes off occasionally.. other than that it's a nice piece.

It was very cute but the clasp t closeure come off very easily, the first time I used it fell off while eating dinner but fell in my lap. I put it back on fell off again but I didn't notice so i lost it, needs a better clasp.
I loved this beautiful bracelet forever. I finally purchased it with my birthday discount. I felt so special as my birthday is on Valentine's Day. But, unfortunately, it fell off my wrist the second time I wore it, bit I didn't notice until we got home. I am so sad about it. I'm not sure how the toggle came undone. Besides that, however, this bracelet deserves five stars but I marked it one star for this.

I am so disappointed. I bought 2 of these bracelets, one for me and one for my mom, for Valentine's Day. My mom's fell off the first time she wore it, and she lost it for several days. Fortunately, she found it but now doesn't want to wear it for fear of losing it again. I wore mine today, and when I got to work, realized it's missing from my arm. So bummed!

To tell the truth customer service is great but the bracelet I got needs a change , I lost it twice in the first time I wore it , yes twice , it was a present lost it the they I got it ordered it again and it happened again , I didn't even notice when it fell :tiredface: so sad because I like it so much
I saw this bracelet at the Kendra Scott store and fell in love! My husband bought me this bracelet and the matching necklace for Valentine's Day. The larger chain for the bracelet looks really nice on my wrist. I'm glad he bought this for me!
Love it, i wish that the clasp to make it tighter was easier to open/put the chain on.
Gift for my daughters bday. Second time wearing it-lost. The toggle is obviously not adequate.-fell of the first time she wore it too-she said she was trying to be very mindful of it, but between work and classes-it was just gone. Save your money.

I received this Beautiful bracelet for Valentine's Day. It fell off my wrist 4 times in 1 hour because of the toggle not holding.

I got this for valentines this morning. I was so excited because it is so pretty! After wearing it for a few hours today, it has already dropped from my wrist 2 or 3 times today. I am afraid it will come undone and I will lose it completely.

Cute bracelet, but falls off too easily. I've only worn it 4 times since Xmas. The first time I wore it, it fell off. This last time I wore it, it fell off again. I'm scared to wear it and lose it. Unfortunately, my husband used his bday discount when he got it so I can't exchange for something else.
I absolutely fell in love with this bracelet when I saw it on the website. I just had the chance to wear it to an event this past Friday for the first time and it fell off twice but I found until it fell off the third time and was gone for good. The way you close the bracelet putting the rod through the hole the rod needs to be longer I truly believe that's why it fell off three times in 1 night before loosing it. Hopefully whoever found it doesn't have the same issue I was having. Suggestion- switch to a clasp to close it.
4 stars because I have to keep checking my wrist to make sure it hasn't fallen off. The clasp is not manufactured well. Fall off constantly but super cute and I love the detail
