If you purchase Fine Jewelry from a Kendra Scott retail store or from kendrascott.com, your piece is eligible for a one-time, complimentary repair within one year of the original purchase date.

If your jewelry experiences a defect in materials or workmanship during normal wear within that first year, we will repair it at no cost using like quality materials. A valid proof of purchase is required.

After the first year, we are still happy to help. Repairs may be available for a fee, and our team will review your piece to determine the best solution. All repair requests are subject to evaluation. We reserve the right to determine repair eligibility.

To request a repair, please contact Customer Service or visit your nearest Kendra Scott retail store to obtain a repair form. Fine Jewelry returns must be securely packaged in the original jewelry box and include a completed repair form.
