Find your size
Use a measuring tape to measure the distance around your wrist, just below your wrist bone. Place a finger between your wrist and the tape to allow for some slack. Use the chart below to find your size based on the circumference.
Don't have measuring tape? Use a piece of string and then measure it with a ruler.
