We ask for 3-5 business days for processing on all orders placed with ground shipping. Order placed on Saturday and Sunday, or after 12pm CST will begin processing the following business day. I'm disappointed in the Ember Statement Cuff bracelet. For the price of this bracelet I would assume the clasp would be tighter. Feels like the clasp could easily open. Haven't worn it yet because I'm afraid of it falling off. I used my Birthday discount on it. What a shame!

Beautiful but defective

I wanted this bracelet so badly. It is so striking, but I had to take it to a jeweler to get the clasp fixed before wearing it; then the first time I wore it, one of the bead strands broke. This isn't the quality I have come to expect from KS.
