DO NO BUY!!!!!
I received this necklace as a birthday present and I absolutely fell in love. I wore it all the time while still keeping the wear and care notes that comes with it. After about 2 months I noticed this rusting. So I thought I have messed up the instructions. I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED. The second time I was so cautious I didn’t even wear the necklace unless I had an event or dressed niced. But again after 2 months it rusted and left my neck green. I am utterly disappointed; a necklace at such a price rage should last more than 2 months. Now I’m left with 2 gross, rusted necklaces and $170 down the drain.

White Pearl is a classic
I bought this because I wanted to see why it is so popular. I chose white pearl because I really like bright, reflective white. It has quickly become one of my favorite necklaces to wear. I am so happy I chose this shape and color as my first KS piece because it is the one that catches my eye and represents the brand in my mind. The gold/metal is high quality and has a nice feel to it. I like the relatively short length of the chain and the way the dual connection helps to keep the pendant exactly in the center of my neck. I look forward to buying another one sometime but I will have to see the colors in person because it is too hard to tell what they look like from the computer. I hope the bright solid minty teal color comes back at some point.

Love them!
I wear this necklace almost every day. I have it in black drusty and slate cats eye. The black drusty is the only one that is discolored, and that's only because I work outside a lot so when I sweat it always seems to be when i'm wearing that one. I've had that one for about 2 years. I've had the slate for 3 months and its still good as new. No discoloring and the color is AMAZING. Its a foggy grey color. They are lightweight and very beautiful. Jewelry won't only discolor in water or sweat. You have to be conscious of the temperature, so if you're storing it in hot humid temps, it will discolor.

Horrible "plating" that fades to fast
I bought this necklace and thought it was beautiful. I have had the necklace for about a year total, and after about 5 months it might of well have been costume jewelry. The gold plating completely faded away until you are left with an ugly brown chain and setting. In addition, they say "don't use perfume or lotion or shower" with it and it will stay pretty, FALSE. Literally if you just wear the necklace it is going to not hold up. To be such an "esteemed" company you would think they would stand behind their jewelry. In summary, if you want the necklace to stay pretty leave it in the box.

Special Necklace
My daughter ordered this online 2 days before she was killed in a car wreck for my 17 year granddaughter for Christmas. We did not know about this until it arrived in the mail. I would like to personally thank you for offering gift wrapping and having a message enclosed. My daughter left the sweetest message that my granddaughter keeps in her wallet. Because of you my granddaughter heard on Christmas how much her mother loved her.

Rose gold rubbed off and turned silver in 1 month
The rose gold elisa necklace rubbed off and now it looks silver. This was my first ever purchase from Kendra Scott and I'm shocked that something so expensive is made so cheaply. I wish I had done my research first, because on looking at other reviews it seems like the regular gold lasts much longer than the rose gold plating. I also never got the necklace wet and was very careful about this because I wanted it to last...looks like my extra care made no difference to this cheap, thin plating.

Amazing necklace even better customer service!!
I ordered the raw cut blue lapis necklace for myself and a few days later wanted to order another as a gift. I went online to order and it was out of stock! I emailed customer service to ask if the necklace would be back in stock soon. Within 20 minutes a customer service agent called me and told me she had just gotten off the phone with an associate at one of their stores that had the necklace in stock. She gave me the name of the associate and the contact information of the store. When I called the store they told me they had been expecting my call and were glad they could help! My necklace is now on the way. Best experience I have ever had with any customer service! Thank you so much!
