Beware: Smaller than others of the same
I purchased the Elisa Gold Pendant Necklace in Iridescent Drusy a few months ago.
I recently purchased the same Elisa Gold Pendant Necklace in Azalea Illusion and it just arrived. The pendant is about 1/4 to 1/2 smaller that the first necklace I received. I called customer service and was talking to a rep that agreed it was smaller and then got cut off on the REASON why it was smaller. I tried to call back again and got an automated reply to email them and was hung up on. I don't understand why there is no communication when ordering the EXACT same necklace in a different color that it would be so much smaller. That seems super shady to me!!

Very disappointing :(
I love Kendra's I am absolutely in love with Kendra Scott's jewelry, and I have quite a collection of her exquisite earrings. To expand my collection, I decided to invest in a beautiful necklace. Sadly, after just three months, I was dismayed to find that the rose quartz gem on my necklace had lost its luster, turning an unappealing shade of grey. Additionally, to my surprise, the chain showed signs of rusting. It's disheartening for me as I take exceptional care of my jewelry. This experience left me feeling quite saddened, especially since I had high hopes for the quality and longevity of the necklace, making me question the value of my purchase.

3 weeks later and still don't have the necklace.
I would love to write a review about this, but I have YET to receive it in the mail. I ordered it on May 3rd in order to receive it for my mom for Mother's Day (like the promotion said). It said it shipped May 5th. When I go to track the order, it says it hasn't even left their warehouse yet. I've called customer service, and after sitting on hold for too long, it just hangs up on you. I also sent an email to customer service and messaged their Facebook page, and NO ONE HAS GOTTEN IN TOUCH WITH ME!!! I understand we are under a pandemic right now, and I know companies are overwhelmed and understaffed, but just a simple reply or refund would be great.

I ordered this online as it was not available in any stores near me. I love the other necklaces and earrings in this. Unfortunately this was a final sale. I was sent one with a giant white (non-reflective/sparkly) chunk in it. I thought it was just me but when I wore it a few people pointed out there ‚úwas something on my necklace" ... unfortunately it is in the necklace. More care should be given when kendrascott.com is selling final sale, online only items. I would have never bought this in the store and have not worn the necklace again. I purchase alot of kendra and this is the first item I have disliked/been embarrassed to wear.

DO NO BUY!!!!!
I received this necklace as a birthday present and I absolutely fell in love. I wore it all the time while still keeping the wear and care notes that comes with it. After about 2 months I noticed this rusting. So I thought I have messed up the instructions. I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED. The second time I was so cautious I didn't even wear the necklace unless I had an event or dressed niced. But again after 2 months it rusted and left my neck green. I am utterly disappointed"a necklace at such a price rage should last more than 2 months. Now I'm left with 2 gross, rusted necklaces and $170 down the drain.

Beautiful Necklace
This necklace really does live up to all of the hype. This was my first Kendra Scott piece, and I will purchase more. The details just make this piece perfect. The green is a very pretty shade for any season. I don't think I would have been able to comfortably wear this necklace if I haven't bought an extender for it. It would have been snug around my neck. I wish Kendra Scott would make a green Elisa Drusy necklace because I would buy it because green is my favorite color. I snagged this piece on sale which makes it even
better. The pieces did not ship together, but that didn't bother me. Thanks for a great necklace!

Let's start with the fact
Let's start with the fact that we ordered it three weeks ago and we still don't have it. The first one that was shipped, we never got an update on the shipping once it got to Kansas City, which is not even in our state. It stayed there for about a week before I reached out to Customer Service for help. my daughters birthday passed and it still is not here and a second one has been shipped. We are awaiting the second necklace order. I have not experienced a problem like this being shipped in country probably ever. I'm very disappointed and my daughter was really looking forward to getting that necklace for her birthday.

Stunning piece!
I bought the Gold chain, platinum dressy Elisa necklace in the new Boca Raton store. Great service by the way! I was told there was an 2" extender should I want it for less than $10. I'm tall and thin and needed it to lay flat and comfy! Kendra also has what I'm told is a 100 percent guarantee so
simple a solution. I then bought my daughter the Elisa gold quartz. She's petite but doesn't like anything chokey and she passed on the extender to my surprise. So, it's not the size of the individual, it's simply how it falls on you! I love that I can go to the store if any problem should arise so I'm eyeing a bracelet next!
