Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. Any orders placed after noon CST are not guaranteed to ship out the same day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All custom pieces created on the Kendra Scott Color Bar™ will ship within 5 business days of an order being processed.
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes). The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:
• Ground (will arrive in 3-5 business days)
• Two-Day (will arrive in 2 business days)
• Overnight (will arrive the following business day)
• International: All orders shipped internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Kendra Scott Design, Inc. is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Kendra Scott Design, Inc. provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING (within the continental US only). A pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label will be provided with every order purchased on the website. Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Kendra Scott Design, Inc. within 10 business days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product.
**Please note that custom pieces created on the Color Bar™ are NOT eligible for return or exchange. All sales from the Color Bar™ are considered final.
All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise, the original invoice, and a return form.

All marked down items purchased on February 25, 2014 using code BOGOSALE are not eligible for return or exchange. These pieces are final sale.
By purchasing goods from Kendra Scott Design, Inc. you are entering into a legally binding agreement with our company on the following terms. Please read and understand these terms as they affect your rights and liabilities. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately. Any and all claims must be reported within 5 business days.
An agreement for Kendra Scott Design, Inc. to sell goods is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between purchaser and seller when order is placed. Our charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by purchaser.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled.
Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
Kendra Scott Design, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.
