SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our "Free Ground Shipping" applies to all orders of $150 or more that are shipped within the continental US. This offer excludes orders shipped internationally, as well as to FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. **This offer is applicable to only one destination per order. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped on the same day once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the following business day pending credit card authorization, verification and availability. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes). The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:
• Ground (will arrive in 3-5 business days)
• Two-Day (will arrive in 2 business days)
• Overnight (will arrive the following business day)
• International: All orders shipped internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Kendra Scott, INC is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
All SALE items purchased Wednesday, May 22, 2013 through Monday, May 27, 2013 are NOT eligible for return or exchange. All sale items purchased during this time will be considered FINAL.
Kendra Scott Design, Inc. provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING (within the continental US only) for all non-SALE items. A pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label will be provided with every order purchased on the website. Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Kendra Scott Design, Inc. within 10 business days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product. **Please note that custom pieces created on the Color Bar™ are NOT eligible for return or exchange. All sales from the Color Bar™ are considered final.
All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise, the original invoice, and a return form.

By purchasing goods from Kendra Scott Design, Inc. you are entering into a legally binding agreement with our company on the following terms. Please read and understand these terms as they affect your rights and liabilities. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately. Any and all claims must be reported within 5 business days.
An agreement for Kendra Scott Design, Inc. to sell goods is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between purchaser and seller when order is placed. Our charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by purchaser.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. All orders are considered final.
Kendra Scott Design, Inc. is not responsibe for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.
