Lightly brush off dirt & debris with a damp cloth. Allow to dry in full. ​

For suede, use a clean brush to lightly brush off dirt and debris. Suede should never be conditioned or polished. ​

Apply a leather cleaner with a microfiber cloth or a horsehair brush. Allow to dry in full. ​

Apply leather conditioner (for leather only) and work over the boot with a cloth or horsehair brush.​

For boots with a polished finish, you can finish with a boot wax. Apply a small amount to a clean cloth and evenly distribute over boot.

We ask for 3-5 business days for processing on all orders placed with ground shipping. Order placed on Saturday and Sunday, or after 12pm CST will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed before 12pm CST with expedited shipping will ship same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on the weekend will ship the following business day.

Boots purchased in-store: All unworn, eligible, unused boots may only be returned at a participating Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott store for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Boots purchased online: All unworn, eligible, unused boots you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to the Kendra Scott distribution center within 30 days of receipt of product in their original, unused condition with tags attached. All unworn, eligible, unused boots may only be returned at a participating Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott store for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached.

Boots are not eligible to receive a birthday discount or any type of code-based discounts, as well as promotional offers.

Boots purchased at a participating Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott retail location or kendrascott.com must refer to their store policy, and all returns and exchanges must be made through the store of purchase.
