Any Content that you submit may be used at Kendra Scott's sole discretion. Kendra Scott reserves the right to accept, reject, remove, refuse, change, condense or delete any Content submitted in its sole discretion and for any reason whatsoever. You will not be able to edit or delete any Content you have submitted. You acknowledge that you, not Kendra Scott, are responsible for the Content you submit. None of the Content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Kendra Scott, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third-party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees. By uploading, submitting or otherwise posting your Content, you grant Kendra Scott, its agents, licensees, and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual (non-exclusive) right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use your Content as-is or as-edited (with or without using your name, social media handle or pseudonym) in any form or media throughout the world for any purpose, in perpetuity, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, or approval from you. This license continues even if you stop using our Sites.

You further agree to defend, indemnify, release, and hold Kendra Scott harmless from any and all liability, claims, actions, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense arising out of or related to Kendra Scott’s use of your Content, including, but not limited to, any claim that the use of your Content violates or infringes upon the rights of any third party.

We are not responsible for and do not endorse Content posted by any other visitor to the Sites. Accordingly, we may not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused to you in connection with any Content posted by another person.

You agree not to use the Sites in a way that violates any laws, infringes any individual or entity’s rights, is inappropriate or offensive, or interferes with the Sites or any features on the Sites (including any technological measures we employ to enforce these Terms). We do not accept any unsolicited suggestions – including, but not limited to, suggestions for new products or services, improvements to existing products or services, or marketing ideas – from anyone outside of our company. We may already be working on a similar idea, and this policy eliminates potential conflicts regarding ownership of the concept.

Any materials, information, or ideas you send us or post on the Sites, by any means, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may be disseminated or used by Kendra Scott for any purpose whatsoever.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Sites at any time, with or without notice to you. For example, we may add or remove functionality or features, and we may suspend or stop a particular feature altogether. If you don’t like any changes, you can stop using the Sites at any time. You agree that Kendra Scott shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Sites. You acknowledge that Kendra Scott reserves the right to deactivate accounts, cancel orders, and/or refuse to accept orders from users that violate the Terms or for such other reason as determined by Kendra Scott.

The Sites may include features that operate in conjunction with certain third-party social networking websites that you visit, such as Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter ("Social Network Features"). While your use of the Social Network Features is governed by these Terms, your access and use of third-party social networking sites is governed by the terms posted on those sites. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of those sites complies with any applicable terms of service or other agreements.

We provide the Sites using a commercially reasonable level of care, but there are certain things that we cannot guarantee.

Club Kendra membership is only available to legal residents of the United States, and you must be at least 18 years old. Employees of Kendra Scott, LLC are not eligible for Club Kendra membership.

Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared with anyone else. In addition, you may only have one account per person.  

Club Kendra membership is an annual membership for a fee of $59, with the start date being the date of purchase. Membership will NOT auto-renew each year.  

To become a Club Kendra member, you must also have an online account as a Kendra Scott Insider. If you are not already a Kendra Scott Insider, you will be prompted to create an Insider account prior to purchasing your Club Kendra membership. Once purchased, your account and available perks will be active and valid for one year. Your Kendra Scott Insider account is subject to the terms and conditions of the Kendra Scott Insider Program.

International customers are not eligible for Club Kendra membership.  

Free Standard Shipping 

All Club Kendra members will receive free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States only, and excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories. No minimum purchase is required and only available to use online. Valid for use during the annual membership year. 

Other Benefits

Other benefits of Club Kendra include access to exclusive events and product collections, a welcome gift (which includes a $25 rewards card toward any purchase before 1.31.26, subject to additional terms and conditions provided on or in connection with the card itself), early access to new product drops, and an invite to participate in company research and focus group activities. None of the benefits, rewards or gifts may be returned or exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash or store credit.   

All benefits, rewards and gifts are subject to change, alteration, substitution or termination. The company reserves the right to substitute benefits or rewards for another benefit or item of equal or greater value. Dates and times of events are subject to availability and other limitations. Any specific or special redemption or use instructions, as well as any other applicable restrictions, terms and conditions, for any benefit, gift or reward will be provided to you along with the provision of such benefit, gift or reward. 

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice to you, to suspend, restrict, terminate or change your Club Kendra membership or to restrict your access to all or part of Club Kendra or your Kendra Scott Insider account if we reasonably believe you have violated the terms of this Membership, our Website Terms and Conditions, or any other applicable law or agreement between us. Kendra Scott additionally reserves the right to modify the terms of the Club Kendra membership, including an increase or other change to the Membership Fee, at any time. All Membership Fees are non-refundable.

An agreement for Kendra Scott to sell goods to you is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price, and applicable tax are agreed on between you and Kendra Scott when an order is placed. You are responsible for the charges for transport, packaging, freight, and/or insurance of your order as reflected in the order summary provided upon checkout.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and you may not change or cancel them. Kendra Scott reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of an offer or payment. Shipping Information

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, then shipped. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM CST with Next Day or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL, FedEx or Veho. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL or FedEx and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via UPS Surepost, DHL or FedEx. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 business days. APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses are not eligible for Standard shipping at this time.

At this time, engagement rings may not be ordered through the Kendra Scott website and any product description pages of engagement rings on our website are for reference purposes only.

Engagement ring purchases may be shipped, free of charge, to a Kendra Scott store or to an address designated by the customer. Due to the custom nature of Kendra Scott engagement rings, production takes a minimum of 10 business days from the date the order is placed, not including shipping time. Kendra Scott will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery timing; however, Kendra Scott will not be liable for any failure to deliver your order as estimated, for any reason whatsoever. 

When your engagement ring has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to the email address provided with the order. Orders shipped to you at your designated address require a signature for delivery. For in-store pickup, you will be notified by the designated Kendra Scott store by email when the engagement ring is available for pickup. The engagement ring will be held in-store for up to 30 days from the date of notification of availability before it is considered abandoned. If your engagement ring becomes abandoned, you will be refunded the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are not applicable to engraved engagement rings. 

Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

The following shipment methods are not available for engagement rings at this time: shipping to multiple addresses, shipping to P.O. Boxes, and/or shipping to international addresses. 

Eligible, unworn, unused online purchases must be returned to Kendra Scott by mail, with product in its original packaging with tags, in order to receive a full refund.

Engraved pieces, Birthday Discount purchases, gift cards, Kendra Scott Branded merchandise, customized hats, hat accessories, blankets, custom pieces created at the Color Bar®, curated items, merchandise marked as Final Sale, and permanently discounted or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Coupon or discount codes are eligible for one-time redemption and cannot be reused if item is returned or exchanged.

All unopened fragrance items purchased online may be returned for a full refund to your original payment method by returning the item to Kendra Scott by mail within 30 days of receipt of product. Since different skin types and conditions may react differently to a particular product, we always suggest reviewing the listed ingredients of products to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your engagement ring, you may return your engagement ring within 60 days of receipt. Kendra Scott will provide a full refund within 30 days of delivery to your designated address or to the Kendra Scott store. Any returns made after 30 days, require a restocking fee of 20% of the retail price at the time of Order. You will be refunded the purchase price less the 20% restocking fee. The engagement ring must be unworn and unused to be accepted for return. Proof of purchase is required. Engagement rings may be returned to participating Kendra Scott store or by mail.

To initiate a return, please contact the Kendra Scott store where your order was placed or Customer Service. If you wish to mail in your return, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you with additional shipping instructions. The engagement ring must be returned in its original jewelry box. The refund will be processed after Kendra Scott has verified that the engagement ring is eligible for return. If the engagement ring is not eligible for a return, you will be notified and the engagement ring will be returned to you in store or shipping to the address provided.
