Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lost earring even with the rubber back on. I just bought these earrings this week. I wore them out for the first time tonight.... I put the back on each one.... I came home and one was missing. It fell out of my ear. I was at a very mellow event where we did dance, but nothing that should have caused the earring to fall out of my ear especially with the rubber back on. I am VERY disappointed.
