Broken in 2 weeks! Kendra Scott won't replace!

My bracelet broke within 2 weeks after I had worn it only 3 times! I spent more money on this bracelet because I thought the silver would last. I couldn't have been more wrong. I talked to MULTIPLE people at Kendra Scott both in-store and over the phone and they are refusing to send another! I showed them the bracelet and they said there was nothing they can do. The product was weak and won't last. The customer service was average. The policies that wouldn't let me get my money back are AWFUL! I showed people my bracelet and it still didn't change their minds. The brand must not be as high quality as I thought because my product broke so easily.

Super delicate and broke really easily.

The brand must not be as high quality as I thought because my product broke so easily. I am very disappointed that I was not given another bracelet of my money back regardless of my issues. This product was expensive for what it was.

Quality

The quality of this particular bracelet was not good. First time I wore the chain broke. I exchanged for the same one and soon enough after putting it on, it broke again. I went to the store and ended getting a different one. It’s been the only incident with KS. Other products I have are excellent. Additionally, the excellent customer service!
