I understand that you will not exchange items from Color Bar but I am disappointed with the item I received. The craftsmanship has changed and not for the best. The hooking of the earrings are not secure like my old pairs and the way the stone was cut is not flattering. They look like two different earrings! I will not be purchasing again.☹️
PROS:
None until Kendra Scott goes back to how she used to make earrings.
CONS:
Hooks are terrible and stone cut was not flattering at all. No longer a customer due to this.
