If it wasn't for the faulty clasp, this would be my favorite statement necklace.
The clasp is adjusted through friction, you pull on it to make it shorter or longer. Unfortunately, the clasp is not strong enough to withstand the weight of the necklace so it always ends up falling out of place.

It is lovely, lots of sparkle. However although the slipknot style chain allows for length customization it often tangles in the necklace.

This necklace is stunning! It looks so glamorous on. I enjoyed wearing it once. The second time I wore it, the adjustable clasp kept loosening - one of the chains kept slipping from the clasp, and I ended up with my necklace hanging down on one side. I had to adjust it several times throughout my dinner. I am so disappointed as this is the second time I have had this happen with an adjustable clasp like this one. Please go back to making the traditional clasps that you can connect to various loops to adjust the length.

Put simply, it does not look like a $200 necklace or even a $50 necklace. Kendra Scott jewelry always disappoints me. It looks costume-y, breaks within 6 months of purchase, and the cost is marked up beyond belief. I love the adjustable neckline clasps and a lot of the designs would be beautiful if they were a made of better quality materials but as it stands, you can find near identical pieces elsewhere for a fraction of the price. I will not buy another product from them and will resell if I am given one as a gift.
