This necklace tarnished. I did not get it wet no swimming or showering with it on. I spoke with customer care back and forth several time. She said with out knowing who gave it to me what store it was bought in and several other questions there nothing they could do for me. Last comment from customer service they would give me 15 percent off my next purchase which is funny because that is the sale they have going on now. Very disappointed in the necklace and customer service. They do not stand behind their product

I like the simplicity of this necklace, but I do wish that the color was a more true gold. It is more of a brushed look so it’s not shiny at all. Very muted.

Scratches easily. I’m not sure it will last long. I really hoped for better quality coming from Kendra Scott even though it is one of the less expensive pieces
