The engraving was done terribly. They started out with the letters centered and evenly spaced.. then realized they were running out of room and smooshed the last few letters together to make them fit. Honestly, very dissatisfied with the engraving. The bracelet itself is cute. Since this is a gift, I will probably be getting rid of it.

I bought this for my daughter's birthday. She liked it, and that it was engraved! It's a beautiful chain, I only gave it 4 stars because i thought it was a little over priced for the thin silver plate, and also it scratches very easy.

I had all my Austin ladies buying engraved pieces that was only available at the flagship store. As soon as these came out I ordered one. I was also surprised I could engrave on both sides! It came super fast and it's perfect. I'm so happy how my bracelet turned out. I haven't taken off since it arrived and it still looks perfect. I honestly can't wait to order more for myself and very meaningful Christmas presents this year. I think if you're on the fence you'll be sorry if you let this pass you by.

I love my bracelet, I haven’t took it off for a month. And the material is very good quality. The only thing is that it fits me a little large... wouldve like to fix that in the store but the couldn’t do that.
