My wife loved the necklace. There was a problem with it, the plating between the chain and pendant had them fused together. I had ordered on line but called the local store. We were greeted with absolute courtesy and advised to come to the store if we like for a replacement. We did just that. Everyone there were very nice and easy to deal with. Although we had a problem , being treated fairly and not like we were a problem made this purchase still worth 5 stars!
