It arrived with no engraving. Engraving was supposed to be free. When I corresponded with Kendra Scott I was only given the option to return the charm. It was sold out so they couldn’t order another one with the engraving. I was given the option to contact the company they order the charm from! I just kept it and ended up paying over $15 to have it engraved myself. Not happy!!!
