Overall this is the cheapest looking piece of Kendra Scott I have ever seen. Contacted customer service about color and they were very rude and unhelpful. They argued with me over the color of the metal even after photos were provided. I will not purchase online again. If I can't see it in person at the store I simply won't buy it. I expect more from Kendra Scott. Especially at this price point.

These were a gift for my 16th wedding anniversary on June 22. Eight days later, the charm/stone is gone. The hoop was in my ear but the charm/stone was not to be found. They are beautiful and style well with many pieces.

It has happened twice and I thought the first time was just bad luck. I wish the stone was more secure because the earrings are gorgeous!!
