By purchasing goods from Kendra Scott Design you are entering into a legally binding agreement with our company on the following terms. Please read and understand these terms as they affect your rights and liabilities. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately. Any claims must be reported within 5 business days.

Orders and Cancellations:

An agreement for Kendra Scott Design to sell goods is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed to between purchaser and seller when order is placed. Seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by purchaser.

All orders are shipped ground. Customer is welcome to upgrade shipping at their cost.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement.All orders are considered final, non-cancellable and non-returnable.

Warranty and Returns:

Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.If purchaser has a valid claim in respect to goods which is based on defect in their quality or condition or their failure to meet specifications, a claim must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of product as determined by freight carrier's proof of delivery. Upon acceptance of claim by our company, an RA# will be issued and goods must be returned within 10 business days for credit only.

Returns will not be accepted without a pre-approved RA# number and RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of box. Orders returned without a valid RA# will be refused and no credit given.

All Returns must be properly packaged in a hard-side box with suitable cushioning material. Material damaged in return shipping in improper packaging will not be accepted.
