Primarily responsible for leading store efforts in planning local events, driving customer traffic to the Scottsdale store, and providing a "Wow" experience for our customers.

• Lead the store efforts in planning local events that drive traffic to the Scottsdale store.
• Develop key relationships in the community that will help drive awareness, positioning, and store traffic. Build the Kendra Scott brand to be a part of the community.
• Achieve store profitability by managing expenses, discounts, and other controllable expenses.
• Measure results of all events, in-store and offsite, to determine return on investment and brand building ability.
• Work closely with Corporate Events Manager to manage the market calendar and identify all support needs for events.
• Communicate with teams to insure thorough awareness of upcoming events and plans.
• Communicate to local and corporate staff in order to maximize business and retain team spirit.
• Spend time in the store to identify customer needs, build team spirit, and act as a leader for the company.

• Has a strong local connection with media, non-profit organizations and other key partners that can drive traffic to our stores and help build our brand.
